However, the pool's adult-only policy after 5 PM felt limiting. My family wanted to relax there later, but it made it tough. Overall, it’s a solid spot, but check-in really needs to be smoother.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! the retro vibes were amazing, and it exceeded my expectations this valentine's day. the adult-only pool area and cozy rooms added a nice touch to our trip compared to our previous visit in pigeon forge.
